Google Maps

This site uses the map service Google Maps. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

In order to use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.

Google Maps is used in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offers and to make it easy to find the places we have indicated on the website. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR. If a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing takes place exclusively on the basis of Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a GDPR; the consent can be revoked at any time.

7.2 Facebook services

Facebook Pixel

Facebook Pixel for the creation of Custom Audiences with extended data matching (with Cookie Consent Tool)

Within our online offer, the so-called "Facebook Pixel" of the social network Facebook is used in the mode of extended data matching, which is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Quare, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook").

On the basis of the user's express consent, when a user clicks on an advertisement played on Facebook and placed by us, an addition is added to the URL of our linked page by Facebook Pixel. After forwarding, this URL parameter is then inscribed in the user's browser via a cookie, which our linked page sets itself. In addition, this cookie collects specific customer data, such as the email address, which we collect on our website linked to the Facebook ad during transactions such as purchase transactions, account logins or registrations (extended data matching). The cookie is then read by Facebook Pixel and enables the data, including the specific customer data, to be forwarded to Facebook.
With the help of the Facebook Pixel with extended data matching, it is possible for Facebook, on the one hand, to precisely determine the visitors to our online offer as a target group for the display of advertisements (so-called "Facebook Ads"). Accordingly, we use the Facebook pixel with advanced data matching to display the Facebook ads placed by us only to those Facebook users who have also shown an interest in our online offer or who have certain characteristics (e.g. interests in certain topics or products determined on the basis of the websites visited), which we transmit to Facebook (so-called "Custom Audiences"). With the help of the Facebook pixel with advanced data matching, we also want to ensure that our Facebook ads correspond to the potential interest of the users and do not have a harassing effect. This allows us to further evaluate the effectiveness of the Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes by tracking whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad (so-called "conversion"). Compared to the standard variant of Facebook Pixel, the extended data matching function helps us to better measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns by capturing more attributed conversions.
All transmitted data is stored and processed by Facebook, so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes, in accordance with the Facebook data usage policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). The data may enable Facebook and its partners to serve ads on and off Facebook. These processing operations will only be carried out if explicit consent has been given in accordance with Art. 6 (1) a DSGVO.

With Facebook pixel, data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information as well as information about your use of our website based on events specified by us, such as visiting a website or subscribing to a newsletter) are automatically collected and stored, from which using User profiles are created from pseudonyms. For this purpose, a cookie is automatically set by the Facebook pixel when you visit our website, which automatically enables your browser to be recognized when you visit other websites by means of a pseudonymous cookie ID. Facebook will combine this information with other data from your Facebook account and use it to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website use, in particular personalized and group-based advertising. The information generated by Facebook is usually transmitted to a Facebook server and stored there; this may also involve transmission to the servers of Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA. The European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision for the USA. If we are responsible for data transmission to the USA, our cooperation is based on standard data protection clauses of the European Commission. Further information about data processing by Facebook can be found in Facebook's data protection information. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by deactivating this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.

Facebook Analytics

As a part of Facebook Analytics, statistics on visitor activity on our website are generated from the data collected with the Facebook pixel about your use of our website. The data processing takes place on the basis of an agreement on order processing by Facebook. Your analysis serves to optimally display and market our website.

Facebook Ads

We use Facebook Ads to promote this website on Facebook and other platforms. We determine the parameters of the respective advertising campaign. Facebook is responsible for the precise implementation, in particular the decision on the placement of the ads with individual users. Unless otherwise specified for the individual technologies, data processing is based on an agreement between joint controllers in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR. The joint responsibility is limited to the collection of the data and its transmission to Facebook / Meta Ireland. The subsequent data processing by Facebook / Meta Ireland is not covered by this.

Based on the statistics on visitor activity on our website created via Facebook Pixel, we operate group-based advertising on Facebook via Facebook Custom Audience by determining the characteristics of the respective target group. As part of the extended data comparison (see above) that takes place to determine the respective target group, Facebook acts as our processor.

Based on the pseudonymous cookie ID set by the Facebook pixel and the data collected about your usage behavior on our website, we operate personalized advertising via Facebook pixel remarketing.

We use Facebook Pixel Conversions to measure your subsequent usage behavior for web analysis and event tracking if you came to our website via an advertisement from Facebook Ads. The data processing takes place on the basis of an agreement on order processing by Facebook.

Instagram plugin as Shariff solution
